「姿采再展」乳癌治療後健體課程2023 / Encore Program 2023

此活動由更生會與新州女青年會合辦 。「 姿采再展 」 是一個為期八週的資訊及運動計劃 ， 特別適合在生命中任何階段經歷過乳癌的華人婦女 。
CanRevive works in collaboration with YWCA NSW to organise this partnership program. This is a FREE 8 week exercise program designed specifically for women who have experienced breast cancer at any time in their life.

地點 Venue ：Cook & Philip Pool (悉尼市中心Hyde Park對面)
費用 Fees: 全免 (Free)

參加者必須預先報名

填妥報名表格並請醫生簽署 「醫療同意表」（Medical Approval Form），於2023年9月27日前交回更生會悉尼總會 。
* 如仍在治療中 ，則 「醫療同意書」必須由主治專科醫生簽署 。 *

Please fill in the Participant Enrolment Form and Medical Approval Form, and return them to CanRevive Sydney City Office on or before 27/09/2023.
* If you are still undergoing treatment, please ask your treating specialist to complete the medical consent form. *

為了讓參加者更了解課程內容，特別安排課程前聚會 。
For a better understanding of the program, a pre-program meeting will be held.
