The Foundation was established in June 2011 for the sole purpose of raising funds for CanRevive Cancer Support Service.
It has set an achievable fund raising target which can gain support from donors.
The principal objective of the Foundation is using its investment income from the funds raised and invested to support CanRevive’s charitable works in a significant, stable and sustainable way.
The Foundation is managed by a board of trustee directors who meet regularly to determine and review its investment and spending policies within the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission guidelines.
The Foundation is a registered deductible gift recipient. All donations over $2 are deductible for income tax purpose.

Stephen Liu, a practising Fellow Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, has been Foundation chairman since 2012. His duties as chairman include governance, reporting, investment and spending policies, fundraising and patron relations.Vice Chairman
Peter Sinn was national president of the Hong Kong Australia Business Association (2013-2016). His duties as vice chairman include fundraising, patron relations, marketing and event management.Treasurer
Hilbert Chiu, a senior counsel, is the Honorary Legal Advisor of CanRevive Cancer Support Service. His duties as trustee director include fundraising, patron relations and legal advice.Secretary
