For carers of cancer patients who recently passed away.


Presentation Style: Short talks, music, powerpoint presentation, experience sharing, discussion and morning tea.


Topics: How to deal with matters after family member passed away (i.e. executing of will and applying for social benefits); How to adjust the change in lifestyle; experience sharing with those who have come across similar situation in the past; learning positive psychology and life and death education.

Prostate Cancer Support Group

Objective: Provide information on prostate cancer, such as the latest treatments, pre-treatment preparation, post-treatment side effects and care, and community resources; let survivors to share their experiences, new patients to express their feelings and to relieve their stresses; promote group members to support and encourage each other.

Bowel Cancer Support Group

Objective: Provide information on bowel cancer, such as the latest treatments, pre-treatment preparation, post-treatment side effects and care, and community resources; let survivors to share their experiences, new patients to express their feelings and to relieve their stresses; promote group members to support and encourage each other.
