「姿采再展」乳癌治疗后健体课程2023 / Encore Program 2023

此活动由更生会与新州女青年会合办 。 「 姿采再展 」 是一个为期八周的资讯及运动计划 ， 特别适合在生命中任何阶段经历过乳癌的华人妇女 。
CanRevive works in collaboration with YWCA NSW to organise this partnership program. This is a FREE 8 week exercise program designed specifically for women who have experienced breast cancer at any time in their life.

地点 Venue ：Cook & Philip Pool (悉尼市中心Hyde Park对面)
费用 Fees: 全免 (Free)

填妥报名表格并请医生签署 「医疗同意表」（Medical Approval Form），于2023年9月27日前交回更生会悉尼总会 。
* 如仍在治疗中 ，则 「医疗同意书」必须由主治专科医生签署 。 *

Please fill in the Participant Enrolment Form and Medical Approval Form, and return them to CanRevive Sydney City Office on or before 27/09/2023.
* If you are still undergoing treatment, please ask your treating specialist to complete the medical consent form. *

为了让参加者更了解课程内容，特别安排课程前聚会 。
For a better understanding of the program, a pre-program meeting will be held.
