CanRevive Lunar New Year Luncheon for celebrating the Year of the Rabbit

CanRevive held the Lunar New Year celebrations luncheon for cancer patients, carers, and volunteers at Hurstville on 2nd February 2023. The Hon. Mark Coure MP, Minister for Multiculturalism and Minister for Seniors, Mr. Lee Yat-sen MP, The Hon. David Coleman MP Federal Member for Banks, Mayor Cr Nick Katris and Cr Ben Wang of Georges River Council and other community leaders attended and joined. Mr. Eric Yeung, president of CanRevive, in wishing our members a happy, healthy, and safe year of the Rabbit.

Mayor Cr Nick Katris, the Mayor of Georges River Council praised CanRevive for providing cancer support services in Georges River Council and with funding from the Georges River Council over the years, had implemented various activities to benefit cancer patients and their families and build stronger community ties.

The Hon. Mark Coure MP, Minister for Multiculturalism and Minister for Seniors had also pledged to grant CanRevive $5,000 to continue its good work.
