CanRevive works in collaboration with YWCA NSW to organize this partnership program. This is a FREE 8 week exercise program designed specifically for women who have experienced breast cancer at any time in their life.

Venue： YWCA NSW（5 -11 Wentworth Avenue, Sydney）and Cook & Philip Pool

Fees:  Free

Registration is essential. Please fill in the Participant Enrolment Form and Medical Approval Form, and return them to our staff before 1/2/2018. If you are still undergoing treatment, please have the medical consent form completed by your treating specialist. Pre-program meeting will be held on 1/2/2018 (Thurs) from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon.
